Programs available Journey Management Group has the capacity to deliver training of Certificate programs up to Certificate IV programs in the Transport & Logistics industry. The traineeships programs we deliver are in the stream of: Our Qualification programs are based around actual work tasks and will complement your company's existing training. While many of our programs take place on-the-job, some specialist programs may require theory training off-the-job in an appropriate learning environment. Certificate Levels There is a qualification for all levels of your business: Certificate II - Undertakes routine and predictable duties under close supervision with limited accountability for the outcomes. Certificate III - Performs a defined range of operations with some discretion and judgment required to ensure a quality outcome in an pre-determined timeframe. Certificate IV - Broad range of skilled operations with responsibility to evaluate and analyze practices to ensure quality outcomes. Some leadership and guidance to others.
