Non-subsidised training (Fee for Service)
at Journey Management Group are available to all interested parties, however some courses have prerequisites for entry (ie. you must be 18yrs of age, you must have held a licence for over 1 year etc.). Such prerequisites can be seen under course information or provided by Journey Management Group.
Victorian Training Guarantee

*For enrolments in courses at the Certificate IV level and below, the RTO must charge the concession fee to an individual who, prior to the commencement of training, holds a current and valid:
a) Health Care Card issued by the Commonwealth;
b) Pensioner Concession Card; or
c) Veterans gold Card; or
d) An alternative card or concession eligibility criterion approved by the minister for the
purposes of the guidelines (Victorian Training Guarantee 2014 Guidelines about fees).
The concession provided for in a) and b) also apply to a dependant spouse or dependant child of a card holder.
The student tuition fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Journey Management Group do not charge any other associated fees for student services, amenities, goods or materials.
Learner course cancellation or Failure to attend
If a student cancels or fails to attend training or licensing courses run by Journey Management Group, then a refund, partial or whole may be considered (provided that specified conditions are met).
