Government subsidised training tuition fee of $0/hr
Journey Management Group charge a tuition fee of $0 per scheduled hour for government subsidised courses. The student fee is indicative only and may be subject to change given.

Additional fees may apply, such as student services and amenities fees.

Student Course Cancellation or Failure to Attend
If a student cancels or fails to attend training or licensing courses run by Journey Management Group, then a refund, partial or whole may be considered (provided that specified conditions are met).

Responsibilities and Requirements
Cancellation made 5 days before course start time:
  •  No Fees are to be charged and a full refund is to be made.

Cancellation within 5 days of course start time:
  •  An administration fee is charged at the following rates:
     - $45.00 - Short Course
     - $75.00 - Forklift or Plant Courses
     - $175.00 - Heavy Vehicle Licensing

Cancellation within 24 hours of course start time:
  •  There are no fees charges where a medical Certificate
     is supplied within 48 hours of course start time.

Failed to attend course without notice:
  •  The full course fee is to be charge.

Re-Booking Fee
A client may re-book at 75% of the current fees, and above cancellation or failed to attend circumstances apply.
