Journey Management employ staff for a range of roles – from administration to training personnel – and from various walks of life. We take pride in the fact that we provide an open and friendly family type of environment in which to work, and we believe in developing our own people through comprehensive training programs. We have seven branches throughout Victoria including Geelong, Altona, Ballarat, Bendigo, Portland and Warrnambool.
What We Do
At the present time, Journey Management Group remains focused on training and assessment in Transport and Distribution, Civil Construction (Plant Operations), a broad range of Work Safe High-Risk Licences, and Heavy Vehicle Licences; however, we do not limit ourselves to these areas. We are always exploring new avenues and ventures that will be of benefit to our customers.
We continue to thrive due to the flexibility of delivery modes (on or off the job, weekends, nights, part time, full time) provided, and our quality approach to a changing training system. We achieve this success by recruiting the best employees and by ensuring our trainers have relevant industry experience.
